When Chronic Illness Makes You Miss Busy

Chronic Illness

  1. Anna McElfresh says:

Thank you for sharing these thoughts and experiences. I am struggling with accepting that I can no longer commit to working 40 hr weeks, after years of piecing together hours trying to keep my job. It’s the hardest thing I’ve had to experience, aside from my father passing away. It’s scary, painful, demeaning, and isolating to be in this much pain all the time. I can tell from your thoughts about your bodies limitations that I have a lot to learn yet, starting with the fact I can’t keep denying what I already know – I can’t keep working like this. Thanks for showing me I’m not alone.
