Alright guys, this recipe is unreal and so easy. It tastes like a combination of a Pressed Juicery freeze and Wendy’s frosty. I am so glad @em_carey posted this on her instagram because it’s been my go-to afternoon snack or dessert to satisfy sweets cravings! I am completely obsessed and it’s too good not to re-share so here it is:
1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen mango
1 medjool date (optional for sweetness)
1 tbsp tropeaka vanilla lean protien
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
Fill blender half full with cold water
Dash of almond milk (optional)
Top with anything – frozen raspberries, strawberries, bananas, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, whatever and ENJOY!
