Natalie is the blogger behind the lifestyle blog Mindful Natalie. Her journey into the wellness field began in 2015, after several years of declining health and increasing disability.
Writing and sharing her story quickly became a way to connect with others around the world facing similar struggles. She became passionate about finding ways to transform her pain into purpose and shed light on how to navigate the many challenges chronic illness presents in a mindful way.
Chronic illness has been the catalyst for many major shifts in Natalie’s life, and she is dedicated to teaching others the practices that have helped her find inner peace and calm by sharing her experience.
Intense physical decline sent Natalie on a journey of seeing over 50 medical professionals over the course of her early 20’s, only to get properly diagnosed with chronic lyme disease after 7+ years of declining health in January 2019.
In chronicaling her evolving journey, she hopes to help others heal as she continues her daily walk toward wellness.
