Favorite Products For Health & Well-being
Most of these products I learned about through Instagram or word of mouth, and I use them all very often. I love learning about product recommendations from other wellness bloggers I trust, health coaches and of course doctors. This is an assortment of everything from food to clothes to books that I would give five stars to, hope you enjoy ⭐️

HEalth/Apparel/Accessories
Gap Body Modal Joggers
Some of my all time favorite lounge wear. Gap has had these for several years now, and I can 100% vouch for them. They are so soft and comfortable, and my favorite PJ bottom. You can even get away with wearing them out of the house which gives them extra points.
Thinx Period Undies
I was hesitant about these for years. It wasn’t until a good friend of mine ordered a pair and gave me a personal review that I was willing to try them out. Even then, I only ordered one pair. Now, I have four! They are fantastic. I still use a tampon, but they make having your period 10x less of a hassle.
Get Bendy Poster + Eguide
I ♥️ Get Bendy! This eguide and poster was created by @elle_fit on insta (if you don’t follow her you absolutely should), and is something I use very often. I love the poster as a visual reminder to stretch, and that the ebook is portable so that I have it with me when traveling. You can download it to your phone or ipad, and flow through several or all of the stretches. Totally customizable to your mood but a great tool for staying and getting bendy.
Elemis Dry Brush
I’ve had this for three years and love it. Although it isn’t something I use daily, it is part of my self-care routine. I keep it in the bathroom and typically grab for it several times a week. Makes my whole body feel alive. It was a bit of a splurge when I got it, but it has lasted wonderfully and is one of my favorite wellness tools.
Scala Women’s Visor
Introducing…my favorite hat ever! I brought this hat in two colors on a two week tropical vacation, and it completely transformed my ability to spend time in the sun. I used to always travel with a floppy hat, but this visor was far more portable and practical and I wore it every day.
Pranamat, Therapeutic Massage Mat
After seeing these mats all over instagram for over a year, I finally gave in and decided to try one (they have a 3o day $ back guarantee!). I absolutely love mine and have incorporated it into my meditation practice. I also like to use it when I am having head pain as a distracting sensation. Highly recommend! (order via their website vs. Amazon for better deal!)
Native Deodorant
The only natural deodorant I’ve tried that has worked for me! My Mom found this company through her breast cancer support group, and it is an amazing product. We have too many important lymph nodes under our arms to not be mindful of the products we put there every day. Free shipping and returns! Only $12. It’s a no brainer. My favorite scent is the lavender-rose.
Silicone CoverUps
You might be looking at this picture thinking…umm what?? I feel ya. But hear me out! I experience a lot of neck and shoulder pain as a result of migraine. Some days (and I know my fibromyalgia sistas will feel me on this) wearing a bra is just an unnecessary trigger to pain. I love these because they allow me to go bra-less whenever I feel like it and not be self conscious in public.
Home/Houseware
Food Processor, Hamilton Beach
My nut butter miracle machine! This guy makes our roasted almond butter and chocolate sea salt almond butter, and would be worth it for those recipes alone. We also use it for power balls, pesto and other kitchen tasks. We used a blender for a while, but this takes it to the next level and the “scraper” feature is so helpful.
NutriBullet Blender
Another product I truly use every single day. So simple to make smoothies and also use it to make Four Sigmatic elixirs and lattes. Clean up is fast and easy!
DYMO Label Maker
My sweet little label maker – I could write this thing a love note! I use this to label medications and supplements, mason jars in the pantry and pretty much anything else I can find an excuse to slap a label on. This is not a necessity, but if you’re an organized person I can guarantee this will make you very very happy to own (also it’s magnetic and sticks on the fridge!) #practical
Dyson v7 Cordless Vacuum
When we moved homes this year, we took advantage of the Dyson sale and splurged on a cordless vac. I didn’t know what all of the hype was about, but this product is honestly amazing. It has given me the ability to help with vacuuming again (it’s lightweight and fairly quiet), and makes keeping a spiffy home so easy.
Glass Straws
Again – I didn’t quite get the glass/stainless steel straw hype, but now I do! I love smoothies, water and iced tea with these straws. Plus, I always hydrate more if I have a straw in my water cup.
Ball Plastic Mason Jar Lids
I had to include these because when I finally found them they were a total “duh” product that transformed my storage. I use mason jars to stock my fridge and pantry, and for some of my staples I use every day these are much easier than the metal lids (also dishwasher safe for messier items like soups)
Bonavita Electric Kettle
Another product we use every single day! My boyfriend likes it because you can set the temperature to an exact degree (206 for the perfect pour over coffee), and I like it because it makes me feel fancy every time I make a hot drink (which is very often). It’s also speedy and looks good on your countertop.
Silicone Ice Cube Tray
Love these so much! I use them to make fruit infused ice cubes (love blueberries, raspberries and pineapple), bone broth dog treats, frozen pesto single cubes, coconut water ice cubes…the possibilities are endless. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean.
Food and Drink
Four Sigmatic Coffee
This whole section could be filled with Four Sigmatic products, I love them that much! This is a great alternative for mornings I don’t want a “full” coffee. It does have some caffeine, but less than regular brewed coffee and I find it doesn’t make me as jittery. I also love their Mocha Mushroom Mix if I wake up with a sweet tooth.
Four Sigmatic Hot Cacao
I’ve written before about this product on the blog (and talked about it even more on insta ). It is the best. It’s part of my almost nightly ritual, I have a cup about an hour before bed with hot water and a splash of almond milk. The reishi is calming and helps me relax, and the flavor is totally customizable as far as what you decide to do with your hot water:milk ratio. Five stars, ten stars, a million stars! Order this – you won’t regret it.
Daily Harvest Smoothies
These smoothies are a) delicious and b) extremely useful for days where I cannot function. I order a box of 12 that I keep in my freezer for tough days. You can skip as many weeks as you want in between deliveries. All you have to do is fill the pre-packed cups with any liquid to the top, then blend. I typically add two scoops of tropeaka vanilla protien . My favorite flavors are: acai + cherry, mango + papaya, and strawberry + peach. Use my link for 3 free smoothies in your first box!!
Perfect Bar
I finally gave these bars a try after seeing many people on social media rave about them. The ingredient list is very clean and they fill me up (often bars don’t enough!). I don’t eat peanuts, but love their almond based options. I can vouch for almost every flavor though, because I brought a variety on vacation and my entire family is now addicted!
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Travel Sticks
These are a must have for me for travel, I use 2 scoops almost daily in my oatmeal or smoothie, but take these on the road whenever I’m away from home. You can mix them into coffee or tea for a quick and flavorless protein boost.
Dandy Tea Blend
This is one of my go-to coffee replacements. I like to mix it with Four Sigmatic Chaga , and add a little bit of almond milk. It doesn’t necessarily taste like coffee, but it does have a dark rich flavor that can satisfy a coffee craving if you’re off of caffeine or looking for a hot drink later in the day.
Pure Inventions Coconut Water Enhancer
I love to use this during the summer to increase my water intake. I usually fill up a big mason jar with half ice, half water and a dropper full of this mid-afternoon. It’s almost like a snack and makes hydrating easy peasy.
Split Yellow Mung Beans (for Kitchari)
These are the mung beans I use for making kitchari. Kitchari is one of my favorite easy-to-digest-upset-tummy-go-to’s . It’s packed with veggies and totally customizable. Almost every recipe calls for split yellow mung beans as part of the base and they can be kind of tricky to find in the grocery store, so ordering from amazon simplifies things.
Gifts
Affirmators! Card Deck
One of my best friends gave me these as a gift two years ago, and I keep them by my desk and still use them today. For humor filled quality life advice, you can’t find a better deck of cards. The messages are genuinely inspirational and every single one brings a smile to my face.
Pottery Barn Faux Fur Throw
This gift is a little pricey and indulgent, but oh my goodness is it one of the best inventions this world has ever seen. We got one for Christmas 3 years ago and it remains the best blanket I’ve ever had. We call it the “bear blanket” and when you are using it you feel like you’re wrapped in the softest coziest bear hug. I can honestly say this has ridden out many a migraine with me and one of my favorite items.
I Am Affirmation Glass Mug
Affirmations are a powerful tool to influence behavior, thoughts, actions and reactions. This mug is a perfect way to subconsciously slip yourself kind messages while sipping a hot drink. Or to give to a friend who you want to send subliminal messages that they are awesome.
Allbirds Wool Runners
These are the most comfortable sneakers around you can wear them with or without socks, and they’re machine washable! My boyfriend and I both have had them for several years and they’re our go to walking shoe. I love their neutral colors because #allblackeverything, but they have lots of fun colors too.
“One Day at a Time” Mantraband
I’ve been wearing a “one day at a time” mantraband for a few years now. I never take it off, and it has held up beautifully (I shower with it daily). It’s a subtle little reminder that is always with me. They have lots of different mantras on their website for all kinds of situations.
Hanging Hammock Swing
I love this thing. I gifted it to myself, but that still counts, right? Can be mounted indoors or outdoors and comfortable for adults. Swinging on this on my balcony brings me joy and is endlessly soothing.
No Bad Days Water Bottle
I love this cup for my smoothies and daily water!! It is a great reminder that although we might have tough days, every day that we are here is a gift.
Books (check out my “Audiobooks HIghlight” on instagram for more favorites)
How To Be Well
This book is packed with helpful information and lifestyle tips! It’s almost like a health encyclopedia. You don’t need to sit down and devour it all at once, but can return to it overtime or seek out different sections as relevant.
Love Warrior
There are so many reviews on this book that I’ll keep it short and sweet – it is one of the most inspiring “self helpy” books I’ve ever read, and Glennon’s storytelling skills make it compelling and entertaining. Do yourself a favor and give it a chance.
You Can Heal Your Life
This was the first “self help” book I read, and also my introduction to affirmations. This book is extremely powerful if you are in a mental place where you’re open to it’s message. Louise Hay is so inspiring and it’s one I still revisit today (I also love this in audio-book form).
Into The Magic Shop, The Secret, Big Magic
A super interesting take on mindfulness, this book will surprise you! If you think mindfulness sounds a little “woo-woo”, then this book is for you. Written by a neurosurgeon, it helps to unravel the mystery of the relationship of our brain, mind and hearts.
