Favorite Products for migraine wellness:
After years of honing my migraine product arsenal, these are my favorites that I use all the time. I’m always interested in products that other migraineurs love and wish I’d had access to something like this when mine started getting really bad as a resource. Migraine swag isn’t the most fun thing to collect, but it is seriously helpful! None of this is sponsored, just things I genuinely use on a very regular basis and find make a big difference .

Favorite Ice Packs
I cannot tell you how many ice packs I have tried. Everything from eye mask ice to the migrainehat. At the end of the day, these are my favorite. I have 4 that I keep in the freezer with a light sock pulled over them, which is the perfect layer of protection to put them directly on my eyes. I like these because they are gel and easily moldable, and they stay nice and cold for a long time.
Cefaly Device
The cefaly device has been one of my most valuable pain management tools. Though it hasn’t decreased the overall severity or intensity of my migraines, it can take the edge off low grade pain and is extremely useful during bad attacks. It has a tingly sensation that gets right behind where my pain often is.
Axon Migraine Glasses
I’m so glad I ordered these glasses, because initially I was very on the fence. They have a rose colored tint and really help me in fluorescent lighting. On high pain days I use these in doctors’ offices or grocery stores. I also use them when looking at a comp/screens in general when my pain is high.
Favorite Sleep Mask
It took me a little while to get used to using a sleep mask, but now I totally rely on them! This is my favorite yet, and I’m always on the hunt for comfortable ones. It’s adjustable (but without velcro so no snagging) and nice and light. Bonus : it doubles as a great ice pack holder when you need to put it on your eyes.
EBD Blue Digital Glasses
Screen time is really difficult for me, but since getting my eyebuydirect + apex glasses I’ve been able to reduce how triggering it is. I wear my eyebuydirect glasses 100% of the time when I’m looking at screens. If my head pain is especially bad, I’ll use the apex ones. But these have been extremely helpful for day to day – cannot recommend them enough.
Collagen Peptides
Staying full and satiated is one migraine trigger I can control. In addition to always having a snack in my bag, I usually have a travel size of collagen peptides. They pack a big protein punch, and can be mixed into soup, juice, coffee, tea, really anything. The protein helps fill me up and is useful when I am out and can’t grab a snack because of my dietary restrictions. Even my skeptical Dad agreed that he couldn’t taste it in his coffee!
Favorite Daily Hat
Simple product with big impact. This is hands down my favorite hat and I wear it almost daily. So useful in doctors’ offices, grocery stores, and outside to minimize light sensitivity. I like this one because the brim is discreet but offers nice coverage. Also it is a dri-fit material so it is collapsible and easy to stash in your purse.
Wireless Headphones
One thing that has made spending time alone 10x more manageable is binging on podcasts and audiobooks. On days where I am homebound, I’ll pop these in and listen to things all day long. I went a few years using my regular headphones, but this investment was SO worth it. Truly something I use daily.
Mobile Pharmacy Folca Pill Case
These little guys are a spoonie’s dream! I have two that I pack full before travel or long days out. They have 8 separate compartments and allow you to bring several doses of any meds you might need. These are so efficient and useful, and a mobile pharmacy can really help put travel anxiety at ease.
Favorite Salt Lamps
Himalayan salt lamps claim many health benefits like boosted blood flow, improved sleep, and increased levels of serotonin in the brain. The soft light is also perfect for sensitive migraine-y eyes. These are my favorite ones, as they have dimmers and don’t “sweat”. I’ve had these for a few years and absolutely love them.
Mini Touch Dimmer Lights
I love these so much, they have been so worth the $30 investment. Both lamps have three different brightness options, and a soft light that doesn’t bother sensitive eyes. I have one in our bedroom and living room and use them daily.
Light Dimmers
Do yourself a favor and order these right now! Light is such a trigger for me, so having control over the brightness in our home is key. We have these on all of our regular lamps and it has significantly improved my quality of life.
Mobile Pharmacy Pouch
This is what I use to pack my travel pharmacy. It has several zippered pockets and pouches perfect for storing all kinds of medications. I use the folca pill cases above, and two fit perfectly side by side.
Extra Long Heated Neck Wrap
I love this neck wrap. Similarly to my ice pack situation, I have tried many . This one is great at getting right up at the top of your neck and the base of your skull.
